Had computer problems and had to  un-install active sky.  (among other programs)  When I tried to reinstall, key did not work.  Tried to contact Active Sky but got message account de-activated.  I tried getting a new password.  They sent the password but still could not log in - deactivated account again. It appears that with my e-mail, Active Sky thinks I am a crook and there is no way to submit a ticket or contact them.  I don't know what happened but I need to contact them to resolve the issue.  Anyone have any ideas other than establishing another e-mail account?.

Not sure what the specific problem is here, no ticket ID to go off of, etc., but if you're having a problem through the 3 standard support channels (http://support.hifitechinc.com, http://www.hifitechinc.com/forums or support@hifitechinc.com), then feel free to PM me with your details and I'll see what I can do.
