Pretty common>conditions in the real world>>>>In my experience as a RW instrument rated pilot, having>several miles viz with a ceiling at minimums is not common at>all. Very rare actually.>>Regards,>JimIt is a frequent occurrence for me in my commercial real word flying. In colder climates cloud ceilings come down and I often see OVC002 with 10 mile visibility underneath. My current metar is OVC004 with 8 miles vis.
November 9, 200520 yr Author The best cloud experience I have found would be in LOMAC, I mean you actually feel like you're flying through a cloud, and you even get that little bit of turbulence associated with flying through some clouds. If you haven't seen this, I should make a video so everyone can see. I am hoping that the next version of FS will be able to capture that sensation.Jeff Jeff Commercial | Instrument | Multi-Engine Land AMD 5600X, RTX3070, 32MB RAM, 2TB SSD
