Hi, the military dornier do228 (included in the carenado package) has the two pilots dressed in civilian clothes. Anyone know a repaint with military pilots in the cabin?

Hi olimpio,
I don't have a sim installed currently so I can't say for sure but you can try if the pilot models use the same texture as the FA50.
I did French Navy pilots on one of my repaints there:

I think I made an un-scientific attempt to substitute your French Navy pilots but it did not work out.  Not a bad idea though.
