No Support!

I have tried over and over again to log onto VFX Central, but I forgot my password. I click the link to reset password, but I do not receive the email allowing me to reset it. I sent an email to Old Prop support, no response. I am starting to get quite frustrated with such a simple request!

Have you checked you spam? It may have found its way in there some how

As stated on our support page, it may take from 24 to 48 hours to gent a proper response.

Meanwhile, check your spam folder to make sure it's not there.

Well...I just checked my spam folder and "Voila!" There it was..... I will try it again when I get home. Thanks again for a great product.
