How to turn off Instrument Flags

Hi All,

 

I have recently noticed that whenever I point my cursor at an instrument I get a descriptive flag appear near the cursor. I have obviously done something to switch this behaviour on but I have no clue what that was. Can anyone tell me how to turn these instrument descriptions off, please.

Turn off tool tips in the FSX settings.
