I used a USD Vanilla Visa to buy the J41 last year. No problems.

 

So then this is the card type I was referring to.  So I can use a Vanilla Master Card to buy PMDG products?  The kind you buy in stores.

That's right Chris. I picked up a USD one when I was deployed. That worked just fine for me. And I find the Canadian ones work even better.

I don't know that you can make two seperate payments on an internet purchase. Highly doubt this is possible.
