How can I change my email address in the AVSIM system?

 

In the upper right hand corner of the forums, click on your name and select "My Settings".  Once open you should see where you can change your e-mail and/or password.

Hi Jim.  I tried that but when I put in the email address I want to use it says that it is already registered. The email shown in my profile is deleted, which is no longer a valid address.  I want to use deleted.  I have been trying to correct this for some time, with no luck.  Sorry for the bother.

Hi Howard,

 

You have two accounts.  You set up HowardB in 2010 via Facebook.  AVSIM Terms of Service does not allow multiple accounts so I will merge HowardB into this account and change your e-mail as requested.

Your posts just went up from 623 to 766.  Accounts merged.  E-mail address changed.  I also saw that the account, Howard Bloom, was locked for some reason due to too many failed attempts to logon.  I reset your account.  If you have problems signing in, need further assistance, let me know via PM or using our Contact form in the Tabs above.
