Decreasing time it takes in HDR

Recommended Posts

How to decrease time it takes to go from dark to light when HDR enabled?

There used to be a shader edit or text file we edited in earlier P3D versions.  Does anyone recall how to do this?

Thanks, but I don't have the Post Process folder listed there.  I wonder if they did away with that file?

I am using modded files with PTA at the moment.

EDIT:  So the tweaked file is old and there's a line you need to add to the

[GRAPHICS]

 section of your p3d.cfg file, and it is

ADAPTATION_RATE_SCALAR

I then found this thread/post:  http://www.avsim.com/topic/487786-realismshaderpack-v11/page-29#entry3420960

And changed mine to value of 10.

ADAPTATION_RATE_SCALAR=10

Since I have Track IR this tweak is extremely useful because it does what the old delta value used to do... 10 makes a faster transition from light to dark vice versa.
