Nose wheel not aligning when taxiing? ***HELP*** Small Bug

Recommended Posts

Hi there, I have posted this small bug on a few sites quite a few times now, and still can't fix it. When I turn right during taxi and press keypad 5 to center rudder, the nose wheel does not correctly straighten up but it does when I turn left. I have this problem on quite a few addon aircraft.Someone suggested calibrating my joystick which i'm sure I have done properly, but this has not made any difference. Even though it is a small bug, its does annoy me somewhat.Does anyone have a solution?Kind RegardsGavin Moss

Fly taildraggers ..... :)Sorry, couldn't resist. Anyway, I can only think the problem remains your calibration, Gavin. You said you had recalibrated, but do you have FSUIPC? If so, check settings there. Might be an idea to clear existing FSUIPC settings before recalibrating again .... lastly, it just could be hardware, I guess, if your stick is getting sticky.MarkMark "Dark Moment" BeaumontVP Fleet, DC-3 AirwaysTeam Member, MAAM-SIM[a href=http://www.swiremariners.com/cathayhk.html" target="_blank]http://www.paxship.com/maamlogo2.jpg[/a]

Come to that, autopilot off? It has been known to be otherwise on occasion when people have had like problems...MarkMark "Dark Moment" BeaumontVP Fleet, DC-3 AirwaysTeam Member, MAAM-SIM[a href=http://www.swiremariners.com/cathayhk.html" target="_blank]http://www.paxship.com/maamlogo2.jpg[/a]

Had the exact same problem last week, except I was veering left when taxiing all the time with every aircraft, was advised here to rename my fs9.cfg file shut fs9 down and restart it to let the simulator rebuild a fresh fs9.cfg file and it worked a treat,George Tyrrell
