Ultimate Realism Pack v0.95

Recommended Posts

First of all, your effort is greatly appreciated!  I just downloaded 0.95, deleted Reshade before installed it according to readme file. (I had your URP 0.9 installed before.)

But the following warning appeared in PTA:

"WARNING custom shader Sepia not assigned to cameras

      Activating [DPX]
WARNING custom shader DPX not assigned to cameras
Preset has been applied with warnings. See log above."

Is this normal? How can I fix it?

Thanks!

Download and install latest PTA tool version.

cheers

You're welcome!

Anyways, I will update the pack with new preset and the famous dawn textures. Current preset is a way too hazy on higher altitudes, regardless 150mi visibility set in ASN. For those who can't wait, set this value in pta tool to:

haze_zps2aq7yo2d.jpg

Original value is 0.00000000200 (all the way to the right). On lower altitude looks pretty good, but as soon as you gain altitude you realize that you can't see a thing in the distance, like on a very hazy summer day.

I installed the PTA from their Main Page. I dont see V095 mark.

That's the PTA. Latest version is 1.6. Pe11e's realism pack is just a collection of [amazing] settings and textures. His version number is for his and our own sanity only; it's not noted anywhere else since, again, it's just a soft collection of things. Hope that makes sense...

Garrrett,

Thanks

I am little bit confused. It looks like I downloaded PTA. I don't  see v 1.6 mark. Is it ok.

The preset included in URP v0.95 is created with PTA 1.5, and it will work with 1.6 also.

The version number, like in a lot of software, is on the "About" page under the "Help" menu.

I have the feeling that you nearly nailed it this time. The shader adjustments with PTA v1.61 make look the environment look almost photoreal, which shows that you mimicked the way light reacts in reality very closely.

However your HDR settings in P3D are way too strong on my setup. It makes the cloud and the horzizon light look totally overexposed. So I just go with 1.0 for brightness and saturation.
