Problems loading Pilot2atc

I have sent two PM's to admin@pilotatc in the past two days. I have not received any response yet which I find quite unusual based on my experiences in the past communicating with pilot2atc staff. Just following up.

I have not received them.  I'm not sure that admin@pilotatc would be a valid address.

Maybe it is the attachment that is causing the problem. I sent an email without the attachment

I think I have the solution. Since I reverted back to windows 7 ro windows 10 I have had to do a clean insall with many of my applications. I did not do that with pilot2atc. I would like to do a clean install and then enter my licence key. I know I will get a message stating the it is active already or something like that. When I do I will delete the Setting.XML and have you reset it. Is that ok?
