The CMeteo.xml Entry is for Carenados weather radar,  I can't remember which one it is But...............

Go to your dll.xml file in AppData \ Roaming \Lockheed Martin \ Prepar3D V3   dll.xml

Change this   <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>  To This   <ManualLoad>True</ManualLoad>

And    <Disabled>False</Disabled>  To this   <Disabled>true</Disabled>

<Launch.Addon>
<Name>CMeteoXml</Name>
<Disabled>true</Disabled>
<ManualLoad>True</ManualLoad>
<Path>.\CMeteoXml.dll</Path>
</Launch.Addon>

Any solution to this?  May be play around with the True/False entries?

The Carenado  CMeteo.xml file seems to be completely non working in P3d v3.  As long as you put an entry in to dismiss it in the dll.xml than P3D dosent crash. Its best to remove an entries trying to launch it until Carenado comes up with a fix if they ever do?
