Although Failures are turned off, i got a message after takeoff and retracting the gears : Gear Disagree

all Wheel were retracted except the left rear gears

Premature gear retraction?

C1/C2 AIR DEMAND pumps OFF?

What happened when you followed QRH pg 14.4?  (You followed the QRH right?)

No Premature Gear Retraction

C1/C2 AIR DEMAND Pumps not turned off

and yes I followed the Bleed Loss Body too.

PS: I was using FS2Crew when this occured, could't be something related to it ?

I've never tried FS2Crew but if it manipulates aircraft controls, buttons and switches yeah I'd be suspicious.  You have an odd symptom there... something odd is causing it.

Watch for controller conflicts as well, I've seen this where I had gear assigned to two different controls
