Trouble installing

I had no trouble activating the PMDG 777. I'm having trouble activating the PMDG 737 with the serial numbers. for the 737 base and even tried the 737 expansion pack. I'm getting a message that the serial number is not found in your records.

Hi,

 

Have you tried activating your 777 Immersion and 737 Immersion serial numbers instead of your PMDG aircraft serial number?
