Press "Copy to clipboard" below and then paste the information into your support ticket.
Additionally, a log file has been created at:
c:\users\buck\appdata\roaming\pmdg\pmdg operations center\PMDG Operations Center.log
Please attach this file to better help us fix this issue.

The application will now exit.

They're one in the same. Note that there's a login button at the top right. After logging in, there will be a button called "ticket."

Probably because it's kinda in between similar-looking buttons. I've missed it before, too.

Ok, after seeing this, it's not exactly​ the same. Immediately after the window displaying this message appears, the Control Center shuts down. Weird, because if I click a livery before the message appears, it will still download, install, and display the livery in the sim. Here's the message:

Pretty slow response. It's clear that support is responding, but not to this problem. Bump...

Thank you for anything. It seems like nobody had any desire to even acknowledge that this is a problem. I have an open ticket, and got no response from that yet, either. This is at least acknowledgement. Thank you!
