Full names in the PMDG forums please Phil.  Your EULA allows for installation on two computers for your personal use.  Is there a question?

Don't post your order info in a public forum please.

 

What do you mean by you're "not finding where to go to do this." Simply run the installer on the new computer. Done. If you need to re-download the installer, log in to your account on our website and click View Previous Orders. Find your order number and download from the other page. It's the exact same process of getting it on your first computer.

I downloaded on my computer w/ purchase info

I went to pre-orders and her name is not in there , I have 4- planes of PMDG  but only 1- shows up on that page

So .....again where do I go to get the installer

I'm on my lab top .... the computer I wish to install the 77-200

went to previous orders page again

no installer on that page ?

If your wife ordered it, it's probably under an account that she set up. Either ask her for the information, or submit a ticket using the link in my signature. We can merge the accounts if you provide the email she used to purchase it, and your own account details. Make sure you provide these details via support and not here in the forum.
