That is the key. I'm surprised that so many of us actually get FSX to work at all with so many addons working in unison with each other! So yes, you're right, keep it simple. But that's a lot easier said than done  :wink:

Hi Paul, are you referring to the OOM? Yes, more or less. Because of my new rig, i was being a little to over zealous with my settings, although even now I don't think they were too extreme. I think it was the LOD that was proving a problem. But I am having issues at the moment with both VoxATC and AS. Don't know if it's just coincidence or if either of these programs simply don't like FSX-SE. I'm hoping to move across to P3d or XP11 as I'm getting stalled with FSX.

OK thanks. I was following your thread because I was about to have just moved to FSX-SE on a new system. No problems...so far...but I still have to things left to install.
