Instant Scenery III - wind socks?

In P3D, a lot of the wind socks for the addon scenery I use don't work because they are incompatible. They usually are completely missing or don't respond to wind.

 

Could Instant Scenery III make it easy to add in P3D compatible windsocks?

I don't think Instant Scenery allows you to do that.  Maybe an AFCAD editor would be needed.

 I use ADE to plant windsocks, not the best looking but they work
