Stopping the camera?

Hello, 

 

Is there way when panning with the middle mouse button down and mouse to make the camera stop right where you stop moving the mouse? It seems like the camera continues to move in the direction I was going even after I've stopped moving the mouse. Is there something I need to change with inertia setting?

yep. gyroscopic intertia. at 0 it will stop instantly. 

i settled on 0.4 after some experimenting with what felt right to me. my speed is much higher like at 5.0.

the ideal values are probably different for everyone, that's why it's adjustable
