Historic Weather Not Loading

Hey folks. Unfortunately for me, historic weather is not working anymore. I used to use version 4.50 in which historic weather worked fine and when I came back to simming I got 4.64/65 and historic weather has not been working. It won't download and load the weather. I don't know what could be wrong. The ensured that the date in the sim is just a few hours behind whatever the current time is and ticked historic weather in Opus. Live weather is okay though.

You must upgrade to the latest release version or beta version as the NOAA cycle data server used in those past version is no longer in service. Hence, no historic or World Wide Weather Theme data is available in these old versions.

The new NOAA Cycle Data server came into effect with version 4.67 onwards.
