Hair Raising Approach to KEGE Runway 25 During 757 Ski Charter Flight

Shalom and greetings all my pals,

Presenting a ski resort charter service from KMCI Kansas City International Airport located 15 miles northwest of downtown Kansas City, Missouri to KEGE Eagle County Regional Airport four miles west of Eagle and Vail, Colorado

Airborne after take off from runway 09 on climb to FL360 with background view of intersection of highway route numbers 169 and 152

You can see financial district below the nose and below sixth passenger window is Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport the home of TWA headquarters and was labelled as most dangerous airport in America in era 1960

Passing Kansas City's two stadiums called Kauffman Stadium the home of Kansas City Royals and Arrowhead Stadium the home of Kansas City Chiefs where you can see highway route number 70 above the baseball stadium

An excellent trip report and good looking unusual VA livery on the 757. I suspect that there are worse aeroplanes to fly that mountainous approach in: The 757 has a rather good power to weight ratio should the need arise. :cool:
