Seems the approaches data at stock PADU are incomplete and have been deleted in P3D.

But, we are talking FSX here, correct?

So ifs there a painless way for a person to reset all the navigation data ? I do tend to down load all the things :)

So far what I have tested is ok.

If you have a specific fix or approach to check I could do that.

The stock GPS relies on navigation data embroiled into the scenery data

Ok backing up some Scenery file then removing them from Stemapps / common / FSX    to see what happens.

I do have a few orbx but they are all in their own folder.

If you have a specific fix or approach to check I could do that.

See if you could check the PADU  default GPS  , try them all if you can see if they will load / activate for you.

Yes it would load but not work. It would not  show up on the gps once it was active only fly direct to PADU.

Pretty sure my issue is with a Scenery file somewhere. Now that I know the default gps gets all of it's nav aid information form that.

Thanks again guys for the time you spent looking into this issue and the help.

Yes FSX.

...as I said they are incomplete at PADU in FSX and are not included in P3D.

So you may find some addon scenery that includes PADU approaches, or as Bert said you can use an addon GPS that uses it's own database but check if it has PADU listed for approaches first.

Not sure why , That flight is awesome.

Many years ago I use to fly PANC - PADU a good bit,  They would say "  Fright # 2 now boarding "   As it was a real fright flying into Dutch Harbor in the winter.

Moving a few scenery files around , then lunch time for me but will update after lunch.

Stock P3D? I will have to have a closer look later when I ghet time, maybe something I did. What runways have approaches listed?

...yes same three approach procedures are there in P3D not sure what I did.

Pretty sure my issue is with a Scenery file somewhere.

PADU approach procedures are not associated with specific runways but PANC are; maybe that't your difference?

PADU approachex GPS/NDB (current airac cycle) are Circling approaches with restrictions.

Because of the airport location ... maybe the same as years ago.
