Ground roll effect: Different settings for low and high speed

Recommended Posts

To me the ground roll effect feels too weak at low speed and too strong at high speed. When I found an appropriate setting for taxi at 10 kts the effect is much too strong at the end of the takeoff roll. And vice versa with an appropriate setting for the takeoff roll the effect is barely noticeable when slowly taxiing.

I'm not saying the calculations of Chaseplane are wrong because this certainly is highly subjective.

But it would be nice to have the option of individual settings for both a low speed (maybe 10 kts) and a high speed (maybe the flaps up stallspeed from the aircraft.cfg, roughly corresponding to the takeoff speed) and have Chaseplane interpolating around these settings.

Thank you.

Hey Ralf,

We will add tuning options for every turbulence with a "tune" label below it on the Camera > Turbulence page

If it makes it to Alpha 2 remains to be seen.
