Purchase Issue - Real Flight Shop

Purchased this beautiful plane, finally, from the Real Flight Shop link on the MJ homepage.

Upon getting my confirmation email, downloading the installer, running the installer, entering my order info and other required info, the installer states: "No Order Found".

Anyone at Majestic that could respond and help me with this? That's $70 down the tubes for an add-on that won't install.

I appreciate any help you may be able to provide.

The appropriate way of dealing with this issue is to forward you purchase information to us at our Support department via email, if you have not addressed the issue with the vendor from which you have purchased the Q400.

Be sure to include the items used for the purchase:
1.  Full Name
2.  Email
3.  Order Number
4.  Vendor

I have followed the instructions Crosswind has Suggested Still NO contact from the Vendor and No contact from Majestic

Did you get any response? I am planning to buy this addon but I'm afraid to purchase from this store due to issues you mentioned. Should I be concerned?

Plenty of other places selling it if you're worried, I got mine from JustFlight. There's also SimMarket, FSPilotShop and the FlightSimStore which are all reputable. I've never heard of Real Flight Shop before.

RFS is cheapest, has a discount currently and since they are on Majestic webpage it seems its legit.

Oh I'm not questioning their legitimacy or Majestic endorsement, just saying that if you're concerned there's other options which have a good reputation in the community
