how to remove ezdoc entirely

I continue to have conflicts with ezdoc on start up.  But I can't seem to find where it xml file is to stop it from load every time on startup.  I believe it is also cause my P3D to CTD

Its not there. I've checked that all ready...this is all that is in there:

Check your other exe.xml file in  ProgramData \ Lockheed Martin \ Prepar3D v3   exe.xml

Can you expand on this a little ?   What Message\Error are you getting ?  Can you take a Picture of it and post it

Ezdoc app would pop into the taskbar after P3D loads the AC at an airport.  If I leave it and move the mouse the camera goes into an erratic (spasm) behavior...shaking vigorously.  I usually have to right click and close the program.  But there seem to be some remnant of the program as I continue to fly the sim freezes but the sound and miles counter on external programs such FSC9 indicate I'm still moving.

A number of ezdok camera users use the FSUIPC4 -Program -feature to load ezdok after a flight is loaded

 

If you have FSUIPC4 installed

 

Open your sim install folder/modules

open the file FSUIPC4.ini

 

Remove the section [Programs] completely or add // to start of the line for ezdok to disable it
