Runway lights elevated several feet above runway at KSAN?

Does anyone else have an issue with the runway lights at night being offset several feet above the runway at San Diego KSAN airport?


I have Orbx SoCa installed and use the Orbx light configurator, I posted on Orbx forum byt no replies.

No I don't have vectors installed just Orbx Base, Regions and several airports but not Vectors or LC.
