In my opinion, that is the best way to look at snow!  (I have no desire to live in a place where a snow blower is part of my lawn equipment  :Tounge: )

It looks to me as default FSX Golden or SE.

 

Of course with those clouds and season textures, it couldn't be X-Plane... And clouds in Flight Gear look a bit different as well as the scenery, and there's ( that I know ) any Duke available in FG... specially this particular Masterpiece by RealAir Simulations...
