DIY Homemade rudder pedals connection question?

Recommended Posts

Hi. I have used a slide potentiometer with 3 wires. How would I now connect that to my PC so that it is recognised? Can those wires be connected to a USB connector for instance? Thanks for any info.

Many thanks. I think a cheap joystick maybe the answer. I'm assuming I can rejoin the wires from a throttle for instance. I read that the resistance must be the same as the pot in the joystick though. Not sure how I'd check that.

Cancel last. I've just purchased the joystick controller interface board. That is perfect for my needs.

Thank you once again, especially for that link.
