FSX-MS Re-installing FSX

I had computer problems and had to re-install FSX Gold Edition using Windows 7.

 

I got the message "1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime"

 

What does this mean. How can I get this installed.

Not to be funny but my Gold Edition got a bit tarnished! I installed the Steam Edition for $12.00 I think it was. Did it on a clean win-10 OS and a new SSD. They improved FSX to the point wher it's actually enjoyable, even with a crappo system like mine. You will never look  look back.
