Can't find Operations Center anywhere on my computer

I have Windows 10 and cannot find the Operations Center app anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

 

Mine is in "C:\Program Files (x86)\PMDG Operations Center", but it also appears under PMDG in the start window (look at "P" in the list of apps).

 

And by the way, full names are required as per forum rules.
