All requests made to ground mechanic MUST start with "Ground", "ground Mechanic", "Mechanic", "Engineer" etc...

try these

Ground we are ready for pushback

Mechanic begin push

Ground push back right

Requests made to Ramp agent handling GSX must start with the agent's name or the generic "ramp coordinator" or "Despatch"

Brian we are ready to start boarding

Robert board passengers

Jane start boarding

Ramp coordinator requesting fuel

See manual

Start->All Apps->Multi Crew Experience->AES&GSX Manual.pdf

It is even possible to use those trigger phrases you came up with naturally, but you need to alias them to existing ones. And if you're just going through the Demo, it might be premature to do so. Let me know whether you need that.

One point of clarification that I always get confused about, re MCE and GSX pushback requests:

If one request Ground Pushback Right, is that interpreted by GSX as 'Tail right' or 'Nose right'? Is it Right from the point of view of the pilot or the pushback truck driver?
