here is footage of a 737 landing and this is about what I see when landing the NGX in P3D.

 

Nobody has pointed out that if you try to replicate these clips in FSX/P3D, you will get something that looks like a YouTube video filmed on a GoPro camera. It won't look like what you would actually see from the pilot's seat.

No use in trying Mark - people seem to be ignorant of the facts...

 

It's all so simple. Neutral zoom, correct scale (1:1) and 180 degrees of image to completely fill your vision and the sense of speed in the sim will be pretty much as in the real world.

 

Screen real estate matters, but if you can't afford big screens, a wide view should be your number one priority.
