Pan Stuttering

I'm experiencing stuttering when panning.  Is this a setting I have wrong?

On a similar note, is this problem experienced in the following video what you are talking about? I've been having this since v0.1.86~ish, is there any way to roll back to a previous version, if a fix isn't coming until January?

Currently you can't roll back to an older version but we have something coming pretty soon to fix that issue.

My stuttering in P3D was bad enough that I uninstalled my version of Chase Plane, which solved the problem, and I will wait for Alpha 2 to reinstall.

Am I to assume Alpha 2 will solve the stuttering problem?

Alpha 1.5 fixed a lot of it. You can give it a try by enabling Experimental Versions in ChasePlane's Preferences
