I will stay on the latest version.

Never had any issues with this or former versions...

+1

But, backing up the four tiny P3D 100 MB Client files to one or more backup locations e.g.

CD, 32GB USB stick, a second PC hard drive or an external USB 1TB drive is not a problem either.

Correct me if I am wrong but the latest legacy version shown is 3.3.5. Prior to the latest update (HF2) we were at 3.4. It would appear that if one just wanted to remove the current hotfix they would either have to have a backup or go back one full point release.

Still, it is a big step for LM.

You know, on reflection, I think the best version I had was  v2.5. I never had OOM/VAS issues, my flights were long and I knew that after a 4 hour leg I would be doing a landing at the other end, different now were I'm sweating after 40 mins into a 1 hour flight because I'm uncertain of a landing. I still have v2.5 but cold not go back because my addons aren't backwards compatible. I really hope LM have big news in 2017.

I have 3.4 and have never had one issue with it. Best simming I have ever done, bar none.

You are one lucky man, I can only say that I never experienced OOM/VAS until v3.4.

This is too funny

A couple of month ago you were almost executed for simply asking for previous versions both over at LM as well as in here and it was 100% impossible to re-download a previous version of a product you already paid for since LM claimed they didn't keep any old versions and now they are all of a sudden officially available for everyone and not only the previous version but also versions prior to that.

Well...I guess sometimes the good conquers the bad
