Need to redownload my 737 but how?

Hi guys,

 

I had to reset my computer and lost my download link for the 737, How can I get in touch with PMDG??? They have no email support???

Go to the main website:

https://www.precisionmanuals.com/index.html

 

On top right, log in your account, then in your account go to "view previous orders".

 

Full names are required in each post as per forum rules.

You can log into your account at the PMDG store, and re-download any previous purchase.

 

If that does not work, go to http://support.precisionmanuals.com

 

Register on the support site if you have never used the system before. (You will create a login ID and password).

 

Once you are registered (which only takes a few moments), you can then open a support ticket.

 

In general, a ticket is the best way to get direct support for PMDG aircraft, and is definitely the way resolve lost orders, resetting of activations etc.
