Land is water scenery problem

Ok so i have this problem in my P3D V3 when ever i fly in the Caribbean or in Hawaii and everything loads up then the airport is covered in what and i have no clue how to fix the problem here's a screen shot. Just copy and paste the link lo look at the images.    http://prnt.sc/dtlnou

I split your topic from and older FSX topic you replied to.

 

Usually this is caused from a corrupted terrain cfg. Are you using any vector products like Ultimate Terrain or ORBX Vector?

Im not using any ORBX Vector or anything idk what i should do fic the problem
