Sorry if this is a dumb question, just curious what the difference between the Shaderpack and PTA? do they go hand in hand with each other?

what the difference between the Shaderpack and PTA

There are 2 different "Shader packs":

- RealismShaderPack (RSP) - legacy solution that works ONLY with P3D v.3.2.3. It doesn't require PTA.

- Ultimate Realism Pack (URP) - the new solution for P3D 3.1-3.4 (not sure for 3.1 though). These packs use PTA and can't work without PTA.

PTA itself is a tool that allows tuning some sim shaders parameters/variables which affect visual component of P3D. Therefore URP use PTA.

PTA doesn't require URP (RSP).
