Hello,

Are you trying to extend the flaps at FL370 and M0.788 ?

You should check the FCOM v2 for conditions preventing the flaps extension, I don't remember.
But you'd better not extend them or you will get your flaps torn off and will fall out of the sky.

Of course not, I am in flight currently and these were the conditions on takeoff, Cant get my flap lever to the up position

Yes they are, The primary issue is that the lever is actually stuck and It wont budge as it is stuck in its own mind in flaps 5

Pulled these out of the panel state

FlapsDown=0
Flap Lever=28
Engine 1 Start Switch=0
Engine 2 Start Switch=0
Gear Warning Cutout Switch=0
LastFlapLeverPos=0
flapLeverPosition=0
flapTargetPos=0

_ Have you assigned an axis to the flaps and if yes how is it configured?

_ Is it the only issue you are experiencing? (To rule out issue with panel state corrupted and fsuipc profile)

Negative it is all that I have noticed

I guess it is for my second question about the only issue.

What about the first one regarding the hardware setup?

Fixed- I had to reset my sim for VAS (lovely) and I ended up fixing it by going into the panel state file and set the flap lever position to 0, it works now.

I had a similar issue, but on the ground fortunately.  My NGX was in the shop (let's say), and I was practicing flows.  I depowered the hydraulic system before raising the flaps, and while I could move the flap lever all I like, obviously the flaps went nowhere.  When I powered up the hydraulic system, the flaps were raised as per the flap lever position.

This looks like it was a glitch between the sim and panel state file, but at least it has been resolved.

@SirBismuth The flaps don't move with hydraulics off? Maybe I do not understand you, but isn't this how it is supposed to be? :-)
