713 run time error

i upgraded to windows 10 then tried to load a flightplan and got this error message. is there a fix for this problem

W10 is unlikely to be the problem. If you can paste your plan here maybe someone with W10 can check it for you.

ok i tried the command prompt and it said regsvr is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file and the module failed to load

That's because the command should be "regsvr32" followed by the details.
