Problem with AS16 PTA P3D

Can anyone help me PLEASE. I am sorry of this has been mentioned but couldn't find anything in the search bar.
 
I'm new to the PTA tool and I have and downloaded the Ultimate realism pack (without the re-shade preset)
 
When AS16 isnt enabled I get the image on the left - which works PERFECT, but when I enable it all i see is cloud from the ground even at 35000 and cant see a thing even though weather is meant to be clear? 

 
Do i need to change a setting? I have tried reinstalling AS16 and PTA  but still the same 
 
Any suggestions?
