If I uninstall and delete the operation center then reinstall the 777 it works again. Something in the update is breaking the op center on my system. I forgot to copy the logfile  and now it was overwritten after I reinstalled the 777

Correction: something Windows updated is causing USER32 errors. That isn't our DLL.

So far, most of the successes I've seen in the support queue were from manual updates. See below:

1. Navigate to your C:\Program Files (x86)\PMDG Operations Center folder. Delete everything in that folder with the EXCEPTION of the OpsCenterUpdater.exe file.

2.  Disable any Anti virus or other protective software that you are running.

3. Run the OpsCenterUpdater.exe file manually, ensuring that you Right Click and select "Run as Administrator."

Deleting and manually updating as admin seems to have fixed it.

Thanks.

Hello,

I was having the exact same issue and thought I had to replace a .dll or something (just moved to Windows 10 like 3 days ago). Doing what Kyle suggested cured the problem. Thank you!

This usually means an anti-virus program is messing with or interfering with the OC.

Also make sure you are running the  OC as administrator. Right click and select run as administrator

Depends on what anti-virus program you use. I don't recommend disabling it, though. I'd add an exception. Search online for "add exception [your anti-virus program's name/brand]" and follow those directions.

The Operations Center is located in C:\Users\[your username]\AddData\Roaming\PMDG\PMDG Operations Center

?

Set an exception in your anti virus software for the Operation Center... You've even been given the paths to exclude... What else do you need?

BTW: We are asked to sign our posts per the rules..

Well, insofar as you have yet to tell me which anti-virus program you're using, and I can't either read your mind or hack into your computer to find out to go do that work for you, I provided you the exact means to find the information for yourself.

If you'd prefer that I write up instructions for you on how to use someone else's program that is causing our program to fail because you seemingly preferred to type a longer post here than typing fewer words into Google, I'll oblige you. Up to you: type a couple terms into Google to add an exception into your AV program (a useful item to know in the case your AV program interferes with any program - to include the sim itself), or tell me which program you're using and I'll write out detailed steps for you. Either way, you're going to have to read a set of directions...the latter avenue will take more time.
