Late last year I found a post in the LevelD forums where DShutt has stated that the development of the LevelD 757 is suspended. That fact has likely little to do with PMDG's development plans, which I guess is looking beyond Boeing. Maybe the Embraer 170/175/190 family - not Boeing, not Airbus, and only tackled by Wilco.

Considering their lack of interest in a Windows 10 fix for their 767 I've concluded LVLD is a ghost. Sad thing is FLT1 continues to sell the thing with a Windows 10 fix that does not work duping the unaware.

Not one of you appalling simmers has mentioned the only plane PMDG should consider modelling:  the L1011!

Cheers,

I would be all for a 75/76 after an updated NGX please

Just out of interest...what bits of it would you update?

I ask, as Oscar Wilde said: "Merely for information".

Plenty to do with MAX around.

What about freighter version? BBJ?

Seeing that the NGX is 6 years old (released in 2011) a good re-fresh for performance increases, offer the Split Scimitar Winglets, and the Max product line.

PMDG, PLEASE BRING BACK MY FAVORITE....................;................................................THE CONVAIR 340

This would be awesome. I flew for Stage airlines for a few years. And, like you, that aircraft will always be special.

I'm with the idea for Scimitar and Visual improvements (Not that it isn't already!). The MAX itself is too early in development for PMDG to start on that.

Absolutely. Can't wait for the MAX.

I'll vote for the MAX.

I'm hoping that some more X-plane development is already going.

Since we're all having fun here speculating what will come next, I ponder a few facts that might lead us into the correct mindset- namely A) They are moving into the  professional grade flight simulation training arena with their 747-8i software...B) if this is expected to be a profit center for the firm (flight training), then it stands to reason that another, current Boeing Aircraft Simulation might be in the works because, C) that is where the long term direction of the company resides.

Just food for thought.  And this from the fellow who a few pages back suggested going off the rails and doing something totally off hook and non-Modern Boeing.

I don't care what they develop next, I'm buying it.

It is a shame there isn't an appetite for oldies like the 747-200 and DC10-30. I'd love a 757 and 767 though. We shall all wait and see :D 747-400 first though, plenty to keep me occupied!

A DC-10 would be awesome. Back when I was in college, around 2006-2007 there was a dev (I think they were also college students) that we're doing what looked like a REALLY good DC-10. Sadly though, I think life got in the way and they shut it down. What they had, insofar as the model, looked incredible. I'd be all over a -10 if anyone ever made a decent go of it.

Ooooh a Condor!  One of my favorite WWII aircraft.   It was just a cool-looking plane, like the HE-111 (Loved the top-down view with those huge, long chord wings).  And a Lancaster on the British side, complete with a fully functioning "Dam Buster" kit....to be able to recreate those missions....I'd buy that in an instant!

oh of course expect the 787 in the future. That one is a no-brainer

Huh?

What does the 787 have to do with what you quoted from me?  Are you confused Valesius?
