Naw we don't want GTN750, we want a FMS.  The GTN750 is a great product, no doubt.  But it doesn't do VNAV, like a real FMS could do.

Given my recent experiences with the GTN 750, I agree!

 

A nice crisp FMC display, readable without a pop up 2d window would be nice. That would save VAS, so the flight deck could be 4096. We can set the cockpit graphics on 4096 and run the rest in a lower resolution.

 

Also, if its an integrated FMC, there's less chance of it having memory address conflicts, since we don't need a third party add on.

 

Well if you don't ask you never get?:-)
