I confirm that the problem seems disappeared...

AMD Ryzen 7800x3d, Asus ROG Strix RTX4090, Asus x670e-e, G-Skill F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5NR

I get this as well in P3D  on the FSLabs A320-X. Not when using simple push back, though, only when starting to taxi, seems to be most evident on the roll axis.
