Cannot logon the site to download NGX

Hi,

     I purchased the 737NGX yesterday evening but today morning I cannot download it using the link provided.  When I try to login the site I get an error message

 

The login information you provided was not found in our database. Please try again or use the password reminder tool to retrieve a lost password.

 

and when I try to use the password retrieval I get.

Your email address does not appear to be in our customer database.

 

Some issue with my account ?

Did you buy it from PMDG directly, or a third party like Aerosoft?

 

If in doubt, lodge a support ticket here: http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/

 

Which will require a separate login to your PMDG shop login, if you have one.

I purchased it directly from PMDG site. I did create a separate login to the portal yesterday. Will try to log in there and lodge a support ticket.

No problem; when lodging a ticket, bear in mind their team is most likely gearing up for the 747 release so not sure how this will affect response times, but PMDG is usually pretty good.

I did lodge the ticket. I still have to wait for some time before I can fly anyway. Will watch few more youtube videos on NGX  :smile:

I was using the wrong email id. Isn't that gr8. Now I feel so stupid 

 

Anyway now back to FSX:SE to have some fun while you guys do some stress test on avsim.
