Go into your Program Files (x86)\PMDG Operations Center\ folder and delete everything EXCEPT the Operations Center Updater.exe. Then run the Updater.exe, and then run the OC. That should fix the issue.

Does this mean also deleting the PMDG Operations Center.exe? Because I did that and it still didn't work

Everything except the updater.exe. The only item that should be left in that folder should be the updater. Then run the updater as an administrator.

Hi~

I google it for couple of hours and somebody said delete Product Module J41 XSE.dll could be worked, and it's really worked! OC opened smoothly.

I have bought NGX, T7 and yesterday's 744v3 but no J41, I don't understand why J41 can make OC error.

Thank you anyway!

Anything I can do?

Please try reinstalling the latest OC for me via the following procedure:

1. Manually delete the contents of C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\PMDG\PMDG Operations Center

2. Manually delete all the files except for OpsCenterUpdater.exe from C:\Program Files (x86)\PMDG Operations Center

3. Download: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685

4.  Install the downloaded Microsoft Update

5. Disable any Anti Virus or other protective software and Run the OpsCenterUpdater.exe file, which will download fresh copies of all the     deleted items.

Let me know if that makes a difference or not.
