Hehe...I actually did that on the 2.5 hour flight to my destination last night.  Here now....Sweetie's getting ready for the big night (Dinner and tickets to the number 1 show in this town)...Will take her longer to get ready than it took to fly here....soooo....typing this as I watch her getting ready...you think planning for a 14 hour trans-pac flight takes some effort... :shok:

Of course it'll take me 10 mins to get ready....such is the diversity between the genders...but oh my is it the effort worth it!!!

May be off comms for the next few days...we'll see.

I'm lost..., I was expecting a pax Atlas by Steve in the avsim library and posts indicate that there is a new one.  Where is that to be found? Thanks.

That's all. A very scarce livery to find apparently. They do lots of military charters with these and I would like to support our troops! Thanks in advance.

Wow!  I bet the lads & lasses will really appreciate it!

Hey Chuck,

I've been adding some wear on her to try and give you guys some variety. Since N465MC is out and painted to look off the showroom floor, I wanted to paint 464 which I envision as being in service for a bit and working hard for our troops.

I'm working on the L1 door as you can see and I still need to adjust some of the rivet wear to match the 747 as I borrowed this wear layer from my Atlas 777F.

This process understandably takes a bit of time but I think you'll be pleased with the results.

I'm also getting ready to release this one if you haven't seen my other posts here (She was always going to be 1st out of the shop as Lutfy is my favorite airline...I think, hehe)

As you can see, I'm adding some in-service dirt and grime for her as well.

You and a few other simmers will get preview copies of both of these before they are available in the library....working hard to get them to you as soon as I can.

Just spent a few hours converting the raster ATLAS AIR to vector.  I feel the time is worth it...the text is so much crisper, and when you scale and size it is does not get blurry.  Look how sharp those diagonal lines are.    Vector graphics are the beluga caviar in a computer painter's world, hehe

Here are the textures on the model....almost ready.

The door wear is subtle, but makes a big difference I think.

The cargo doors got some wear and dirt as well...

Still need to color match the tail...and a few other tweaks

Here she is on the KMEM Military ramp....getting ready for a trip overseas.
