Just bought the 747V3 in the evening for fsx steam version. Payment was successful but no download link and License Key Received. Please help

Welcome. However, I'm unable to find a ticket with that ticket number. It looks like one of our ticket numbers, but it's not pulling anything up. I'm assuming you're copying/pasting out of the confirmation email?

Right, but I can find all of that information in the store (and have already done so, since you included your full name in your post - thank you, by the way!). I just didn't want to discuss order information in a public forum. The support ticket allows me to do this, but your ticket number isn't pulling the ticket up.

 

To expedite this, I'll just open a new one for you.
