Minor S-Turns during cruise

Recommended Posts

First off, it's great to have an updated version of your 747!!  Love this aircraft!

I just wanted to see if anyone else has noticed small S-turns during cruise (FL410), sort of like in the old days when using Active Sky, if I recall it was mostly prominent in the MD-11 and you had to turn a setting off in Active Sky...

I'm running Active Sky 2016.

Try it without weather.  I spent months testing with AS16 and never saw s-turning in cruise.  Could be turbulence settings or scalar setting in AS16.

Carl are you using the old version of ezydok and have the "effects" turned on, also have you used the option of disabling your joystick when the a/p is on??

I had a similar issue but it was cured by turning off ezydok effects and using the joystick setting.

Cheers

I'm using one of the newest versions of EzDok 2, and I've already disabled the joystick while autopilot is on.  However I just recently (my latest flight) disabled the joystick with AP on, so I'll have to probably recheck it and see if it still does it to know for 100%

Thanks, Carl
