Strange (?) icons

Recommended Posts

After I reinstalled Prepar3D on a new computer I now get these two strange (?) icons in my startup window as well as in the main P3D window. One is a microphone icon and right next to it sits a kind of circle icon.. Has any of you an idea how I can get rid of them?

Thanks,

Hans

Kind regards,

Never seen such a thing, are you running some sort of community app?, Is this windows 10? maybe some app from it, how about something thru one of those programs that nvidea drivers always want you to install... shadowplay or something ( I never install those things so I don't even know or care what they actually do).

Thanks, indeed it may be one of the Nvidia things included with the driver install. I always used to only install the driver as well, but this time around I opted for an all inclusive install. Will try this out, thanks again.

I think you're looking at the Nvidia Shadowplay/streaming options. I haven't used Shadowplay in ages so I don't know exactly how it works these days.

Yes, it indeed was the Shadowplay option that did this. Thanks very much.
